BOISE — An Idaho man is thanking some good karma for a huge lottery win.
Brandon Sedin claims to have walked away with a lottery ticket worth $200,000 minutes after giving a few dollars to a homeless person new Boise Town Center. “I don’t play that often, but I just felt I should pick some up,” he said in a statement through the state lottery commission.
Sedin won on a scratch ticket and promptly cashed in his prize the next day. He plans to invest his winnings.
