Photo of the “Real Florida Man” goes Viral

A photo of a young man, described by Senator Marco Rubio as the “real Florida man”, praying over a Volusia County police officer is warming hearts around the globe.

Sgt. Cameron Tucker said he was eating with his family at the Zaxby’s in Deland when Juan O’Neal initiated a discussion. At that point, he approached on the off chance that he could appeal to God for his security.

Sgt. Exhaust’s better half shared the image on Facebook, where it gathered a large number of offers, likes and remarks inside hours.

“I definitely wasn’t expecting that honestly,” said O’Neal.

The pair reviewed the passionate minute at a gathering Wednesday evening. O’Neal tells the News Station he felt called.

“I just really did feel compelled to pray over him. I was just like man, I really want to let him know that I truly appreciate him,” said the Stetson University understudy.

O’Neal said his own association with law implementation was another explanation he wanted to petition God for Sgt. Exhaust.

“Seeing some of the stuff that my dad goes through I can only imagine what Sgt. Tucker could go through,” said O’Neal, whose father is an official in his home territory of Georgia.

Sgt. Exhaust said it’s a minute he’ll always remember.

“It just gives you a renewed hope that there’s a lot of good people out there who truly care and appreciate everything that we do,” he said.
